
BOND PLANNING COMMITTEE
The Valley View Independent School District formed an advisory committee of 30 community members to study the district’s current facilities and enrollment projections to make a recommendation to the Board of Trustees regarding a potential bond election.

WHAT WOULD COME AFTER THE BOND ELECTION?
If the bond is approved by voters, the District will continue to foster trust through ongoing transparency with the community throughout the next steps of the bond process.
BOND OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE
The District intends to convene a Community Bond Oversight Committee. They would serve a liaison between the district and community. The committee will monitor progress and verify that projects are completed on schedule and on budget. They will help facilitate timely communication with the community about the District’s progress.
